We are using a heating boiler everyday especially in the winter season, and then those components would have been damaged or run out. If you used them without any maintenance, it could be caused a serious problem. Also, the anti-freezing fluid in the system of heating will become lower quality over the years. We highly recommend regular maintenances to use safely during winter.

The necessity of changing the system liquid (anti-freezing fluid)
“System liquid (anti-freezing fluid)” is filled in the hot water heating system.
It works for corrosion protection, freeze proofing, and anticorrosive so that the fluid is worth for all protects of the equipment.
The liquid will be expired for 2years and it would be less performance after that. Then, It may caused some troubles such as making holes or clogged pipes by the quality degradation of the liquid.
Thereby, it is necessary to change the system liquid once in a 2years.

The changing procedure
1.Checking the quality of the system liquid before changing. (Density, pH-value, and reaction of heating medium)
2.Washing with water pressure until 0% of the density of the old fluid.
3.Poring the new fluid to the specified density.
※Indication of density
Central heating: 30-40%
Road heating: 40-50%
4.After the trial operation, bleeding the air in the system and panel heater.
5.The waste fluid will be collected and handled appropriately by an Industrial waste disposal operator.

A part of the panel does not warm up.

Some of the reasons, air is not exhausted, temperature controller does not work, clogging of something in the panel heater, or so. If fully opened the thermovalve and still not warm it up, please contact the construction company.

We hear the sound like water flows from the panel heater.

The cause may be that the air got into the panel heater, or the liquid inappropriately retained in the system. We need release the air from the system. The other reason of the sound would be the speed of flowing the anti-freezing fluid is too fast. In that case, we need to control of the quantity of liquid. Please contact the construction company.

Can we try to release the air by ourselves?

If you have a knowledge of air bleeding, you can do by yourself. But at the same time, the pressure of system might be necessary to lift it up. So we highly recommend to contact the company to set it properly.

■Check the density, pH-value, and reaction of heating medium
■Test of firing, checking the condition of burning, and measurement the value
■Maintenance of a panel heater (Air bleeding and leaking the fluid)
■Exchange consumable parts.
For general housing, clean up “24hour ventilating system”
■Annoyed with condensation or mold.
The main causes are by water vapor from our breath, laundry, cooking, bathing.
■Fresh air is not blowing into the building
■The air (or smell) cannot be ventilated.
There might have difficulty breathing and headache because the level of carbon dioxide or the density of formaldehyde in the room goes high.
Sticked pollen, PM2.5, or a smell of pets stay in the room.
